At First Evangelical, our worship blends tradition and creativity. We draw from a variety of liturgical resources and sing both beloved hymns and newer music, creating a rhythm that feels both rooted and alive. We celebrate Holy Communion on the first and third Sundays of each month, with Services of the Word on the other Sundays.
Worship is a shared experience here. Alongside pastoral preaching, we also hear from gifted lay leaders within our community. We celebrate the rich diversity of our congregation, and each Sunday that diversity is woven into the service through music, prayers, and even the Lord’s Prayer spoken in the languages closest to our hearts.
Whether you are new to liturgical worship or have been shaped by it your whole life, we hope you will find a sense of belonging here and a place that feels like home.
